A SoCal native, Priscilla earned both her Bachelor’s Degree teaching and an M.A. in education from Chapman University. She discovered her love for tutoring as an undergraduate student when she was given the opportunity to tutor students who were at risk of not graduating. Since then, she has dedicated her career to education and has worked with all types of learners from kindergarten to high school.
Priscilla has been teaching at Corona Del Mar High School for four years, working as an instructional coach, acting as a department chair for Special, and collaborating with the math, history, language arts, and science departments to differentiate instruction to meet the unique needs of students. Priscilla is passionate about helping hesitant or struggling students find strengths within themselves so that they can find the joy in education and, ultimately, become life-long learners.
